1. Scope
These terms govern access to the website and submission of an initial request. They do not replace the specific proposal or agreement required for any later paid sourcing, procurement, coordination or related service.
2. A request is not a paid contract
Submitting a request is free unless clearly stated otherwise and does not mean acceptance, feasibility, availability, provider appointment, confirmed cost, authority to act or a guaranteed paid engagement. Either side may decide not to proceed after the initial assessment.
3. Any later engagement
A paid engagement should arise only through a specific proposal or agreement identifying services, price, assumptions, responsibilities, taxes and costs, payment, timing, change control and how the contract is formed. No website request silently creates those obligations.
4. Our role may vary
Find it in Spain may act as researcher, coordinator, intermediary or direct supplier depending on the written proposal. It must be clear whether a third party contracts directly with the client or instead supplies Find it in Spain for delivery of an agreed service.
5. No authority without a written grant
No authority exists to bind, represent, purchase for, sign for or make declarations on behalf of a user unless a specific written grant states its scope and limits. A request alone is not a power of attorney, mandate or agency appointment.
6. Research and due diligence
Research, screening and due diligence are performed using reasonable efforts and information available at the time. They are not certification, audit, legal opinion or an absolute guarantee of identity, quality, compliance, solvency, availability or future performance.
7. Third parties
Suppliers, carriers, inspectors, advisers and other third parties may have separate terms and responsibilities. Unless a specific agreement says otherwise, independent third parties control their own performance and Find it in Spain does not guarantee it.
8. Prices, taxes, transport and customs
Any proposal must clarify the service fee, VAT or other taxes, product price, transport, insurance, duties, customs costs and other charges that are known or how they will be calculated. No universal Incoterm applies, and customs representation is not promised unless expressly agreed and legally permitted.
9. User information and lawful requests
Users must provide accurate, current and lawfully obtained information and have rights to share submitted files. Requests involving illegal goods or conduct, sanctions evasion, fraud, deceptive documentation, rights infringement or unsafe circumvention may be rejected or stopped.
10. Regulated activities
The website does not itself provide legal, tax, customs, financial, medical, engineering or other regulated advice or representation. Where needed, appropriately authorized independent professionals may be proposed or engaged under clearly identified terms.
11. Travel-related requests
Travel, accommodation, transport or event requests require scope review before acceptance. Find it in Spain will not present itself as organizing a package or linked travel arrangement unless the legal and operational requirements for that role have first been reviewed and implemented.
12. Timing
References to one to three days for urgent requests and five days for standard requests are targets for an initial response, not completion deadlines or guarantees of feasibility, availability, delivery or final outcome.
13. Confidentiality
Reasonable confidentiality measures may be used for request information, subject to necessary disclosure, law and agreed provider access. Absolute secrecy is not promised. A separate non-disclosure agreement may be considered where the assignment justifies it.
14. User files and intellectual property
Users retain their rights in submitted materials and grant only the limited permission needed to store, review, reproduce and share them as necessary to assess or perform the request. Users must not submit material they are not entitled to use or disclose.
15. Consumers
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The current request is not itself a paid service contract, so no withdrawal checkbox is presented. If a later distance contract with a consumer is offered, the required pre-contract information, confirmation and any applicable withdrawal process must be handled in that transaction.
16. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted through verified customer-service channels once configured. The intended process is to provide a durable acknowledgement and case reference and to respond within no more than 15 days, without claiming automation that is not implemented.
17. Alternative dispute resolution
Where legally applicable, information about an appropriate independent alternative dispute-resolution body will be provided neutrally after the operator and sector are confirmed.
18. Responsibility
Any responsibility limitation must be proportionate to the agreed role and applicable law. Nothing excludes or limits liability where that is prohibited, including for fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights; no unsupported business-to-business liability cap is created by these website terms.
19. Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law is intended to apply, subject to overriding consumer, conflict-of-law and international mandatory rules. Courts or dispute procedures cannot be selected in a way that removes a consumer’s mandatory jurisdiction protections.
20. Changes and contact
These terms may be revised as the legal entity and operating model are completed. The date above identifies this draft. Questions should use verified legal or customer-service channels when configured; professional approval is required before production publication.
