A special request may involve research, local outreach, coordination or a referral to a qualified provider. We will not accept an assignment merely because it sounds possible.

Requests outside our scope

We do not facilitate illegal goods, rule circumvention, regulated representation without authority, guaranteed outcomes or activities that place suppliers, partners or clients at unreasonable risk.
